    Something I’ve been practicing to self-regulate is using gentle amd subtle touching or tapping on my collarbone, neck, face, or hands.

    Also. Puzzles. It doesn’t even have to be a physical puzzle with pieces; math problems, logic puzzles, riddles, brain teasers, etc.
