Noah Harrin, Pastor and church planter, spoke on a recent podcast about how his marriage relationship was working very well. Here is my version of what he said:

“We are on the same mission.
Working in the same direction,
at the same time. It’s wonderful.”

Something about that statement sounded like such harmony. I’ve never heard any man say that about his marriage. I’m thinking of it as a statement of “oneness” not perfection.

What areas can you say that about in your relationship?

My wife and I are working on the same mission in the same direction and at the same time. Is it in the area of:

• Prayer
• Finances
• Healthy Eating
• Exercise
• Seeking God
• Personal growth
• Travel
• Goal setting
• Parenting
• Dreaming about the future
