For a great marriage you need progress in three important areas.

1 . A VISION-

Can you visualize your spouse being your best friend? You and your wife playing like two children with a secret. You giggle, hold hands and explore the world together. Over time she becomes the most important person on the planet.

2 . A SAFE PLACE-

Everyone needs an emotionally safe place to live. It’s the place you can vent off pain and disappointments. Life will knock you down. Your marriage is the place of comfort and healing. It’s the place where no one laughs or mocks you. Instead, they cry with you.

3 . TALKING DEEPER-

Living in a shallow relationship is easy. And, it’s highly unsatisfying. Sharing fears, hopes and dreams helps take a relationship deeper. A deeper dialogue means a deeper connection. And, a deeper connection leads to greater intimacy.

SUMMARY- Be a man with a vision. Create an emotionally safe marriage. Use deeper dialogues to create intimacy and oneness.

Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.
