Today’s discussion is about using your voice. Some children were taught not to express their thoughts. Today, you are being asked to use your voice to express thoughts about yourself. Four areas are being covered.
Give a Voice to your Soul
The soul includes your emotional program. Make a statement about a common feeling that lives in your emotional system (I feel…fearful, stressed, confused, restful, joyful)
Give a Voice to your Heart
The heart is the place of love and relationship passion. What would your heart like to say today? I feel loved. I feel connected. I feel misunderstood. I feel lonely. Or something else?
Give a Voice to your Spirit
The spirit is that part of you that talks to the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. What words would you like to express? (I feel blessed, grateful, worshipful, or distant from God.)
Give a Voice to your Pain
Pain can be old hurt that lives in your soul or new pain you are experiencing. Give a voice to your pain. (I feel sad. I can’t shake the feeling of…I am struggling with…)
Prayer
Father, thank you that you made me and never get tired of my presence. Thank you that you love hearing my voice. You tell me to pray to you (talk to you) without ceasing. Thank you for my spouse who loves me. Help us talk and connect at a deep level. I love you. Amen.
Bible Connection
Meditate on this Bible verse throughout the day.
Because of that, you should help each other to become stronger as believers. I know that you are already doing that.
