Marriage is a sacred, God-designed union. Sometimes it’s important to stop and express deep appreciation to your wife.

“You saved me!”

From too much aloneness, being single and stupid, and feeling adrift.

If I’m honest… I wasn’t becoming a great man on my own. Then you showed up and challenged me, called me higher, taught me patience, and pointed me toward a better way to live.

You were my friend before I fully knew how to be one back.

You prayed, you waited, you built a home. You grew—and stayed through the difficulty of us both growing up.

Now let me be clear, you didn’t save me like Jesus saves. That kind of saving comes through the cross, grace, and forgiveness. But in the everyday, real-life sense—You saved me.

You saw something I couldn’t see. You had faith, vision, and strength. You took a risk and said yes. And then went to work building our two lives into one.

Without you, I would be more selfish, more immature, more self-absorbed, more driven by what feels good in the moment, and far less disciplined. Because of you—I am better.
