A friend has been in a two-year-long personal battle. There have been highs and lows and everything in between. She has been verbally attacked, manipulated, and conned.

Recently, she made this statement:
“Today, I have a deeper trust in God. I have greater inner-peace. And, I find real joy in the company of good people.”

Wow!

That sounds a lot like the Holy Spirit producing fruit. (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control)

Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, please keep doing your work in me. Help my soul enjoy rest today. Amen.
