I hate my life. I hate the way I think and hate the way I look. I’m fat and ugly. No one likes me and I don’t like me. I’m stupid and can’t figure things out. I’m not good in social situations, and I’m getting older. I wish I were not me. If I could be someone else, I’d be that person and I’d be great. I hate myself. If I could trade in my life in and be popular I would. 

Conclusion

Spending 24 hours a day not-liking-yourself is an unhealthy way to live. Actually, living with yourself and not liking yourself is a terrible idea.
