How do you know if you’re running an emotionally healthy system? Here are some questions to consider:

• Do you describe yourself as working on emotional growth?
• Has your system become more peaceful over time?
• Are you growing in rest and becoming more restful?
• Is joy growing in your soul?
• Do you enjoy yourself? Meaning do you laugh, play, tell jokes and have fun.
• Are you becoming more childlike in spirit?
• Are you protecting your innocence?
• Are you regularly working on spiritual, emotional and physical growth?
• Are you growing every day more in love with Father, Son, and Holy Spirit?

Prayer

Father, thank you for making and loving me. I want the deepest place in my soul to be your residence. Let the fruit of the Holy Spirit grow there. And may I have the peace that surpasses all understanding. Amen.
