Relationally Unhealthy
- Selfish: Concerned excessively or exclusively with oneself.
- Self Centered: Concerned solely with one’s own desire’s, needs, or interests.
- Self Absorbed: Consumed with one’s own thoughts, activities, or interests.
Relationally Healthy
- Self Control: Restraint exercised over one’s impulses, emotions, or desires.
- Self Care (Physical): Attention to health, well-being, and safety.
- Self Care (Spiritual): Daily drinking in love. (Fueling yourself) Walking in love. Flowing out love.
Remember, you were made by love, for love, and to love. God is love. And, you are made in His image.

Prayer
Father, help me run myself by design. Help me to daily drink-in love, walk in love, and flow-out love. And, help me limit all unhealthy relationship behaviors. Amen
